The Mobile-CASSY 2 WiFi is the perfect, ultimate measuring device for experimenting in student groups.
It is equipped with WiFi and thus offers the ideal start into digital education in natural sciences.
The Mobile-CASSY 2 WiFi can connect to the school's WiFi network. This enables either a wireless connection to the CASSY Lab 2 measurement software on the computer or to Lab Docs, the CASSY App or the CASSY.App Web on tablets or smartphones. Your students can thus use for example their tablet in student experiments and measure digitally.
The Mobile-CASSY 2 WiFi is also able to set up a WiFi network itself - a so-called access point. Thus, an existing WiFi infrastructure at your school is not necessary in order to start digital education.
Even if you do not (yet) want to use digital end devices for your students, the Mobile-CASSY 2 WiFi is a future-proof investment.
With its integrated display and touch wheel, it can also be used "stand-alone" as a digital measuring device for student experiments.
Digital experiment instructions - Lab Docs
With our interactive and unique Lab Docs, experimenting in student experiments reaches a new level. Yesterday we worked with PDF, today it is interactive HTML. Lab Docs form the perfect link between the experiment and digital media and impress with curriculum-compliant, didactically up-to-date content, but also with intuitive use with tablets, smartphones and laptops.
Every student can open the digital experiment instruction Lab Docs on their own tablet, smartphone or PC and work with them. And this is no longer done statically, as with a PDF, but interactively with the input of answers and measured values, up to the automatic insertion of measured values, tables and diagrams with the Mobile-CASSY 2 WiFi.

OVEr 60 sensors for more than
110 measuring quantities
Mobile-CASSY 2 WiFi is compatible with all CASSY sensors, which means that more than 110 measured variables can be recorded. In order to spend as little teaching time as possible in setting up the experiments, the sensors are automatically detected and the appropriate settings for the sensor are already made. Our sensors M were specially developed for student experiments in conjunction with the Mobile-CASSY 2 WiFi.
The measurement options and settings are shown on the display of the Mobile-CASSY 2 WiFi. Direct measurement via the Mobile-CASSY 2 WiFi is characterised by fast measured value recording (up to 500,000 values per second). Of course, the measured values can be stored for later evaluation or they can be transferred live to the ditigal experiment instructions Lab Docs and stored there as well.
CASSY.App Web
The CASSY app is ideally suited for integrating tablets and smartphones in digital student experiments.
The CASSY.App Web for the Mobile-CASSY 2 Wi-Fi is the perfect solution for the open experimentation in student groups. Up to 4 students can connect to one Mobile-CASSY 2 WiFi at the same time. It is not necessary to install an app for this, because the CASSY.App Web runs as a web app in the browser.
CASSY enables students to experiment independently. This allows your students to experience and understand effects in experiments themselves. This, in turn, leads to sustainable learning - with fun.
